Certificates will be provided for the 2.5 bonus CMEs by attending the Atopic Dermatitis Bootcamp on Friday @ 5:00PM-7:30PM. Complete the post-conference online survey in order to have your CME Certificate emailed to you. Please allow ample time to answer all of the survey questions. Answers are submitted anonymously. We use this data to apply for conference funding. This survey will be available until August 31,  2019. CME Certificates will be emailed within 10 business days of you completing the online survey. Make sure we have your NCCPA number on record so we can submit your information as an attendee.

Accreditation Statement:
A maximum18 Category 1 credits have been approved by the AAPA which include workshops. Attendees should claim only credits in which they participate.
NPs can often claim AAPA Category 1 CME credit as continuing education with AANP and ANCC. AAPA recommends that NPs check with their certification/licensing authority to confirm that AAPA credit is acceptable.
